Community Post Guidelines

Purpose

Alpha by Haus is a community platform where users share commentary, ideas, and cultural observations.

Posts may appear on Alpha.Haus and associated public displays, including digital billboards for the purpose of building community. These guidelines help ensure all posts are lawful, respectful, and suitable for the general public.

Editorial Selection

Posts appearing on Alpha.Haus digital displays are editorially selected by us. Selection is discretionary and temporary. A post’s popularity, tipping activity, or status on the Alpha.Haus platform does not guarantee that it will be displayed on a digital billboard or other public display.

Allowed Content

You may post commentary about products, services, technology, culture, and public issues.

Posts should represent your own views, opinions, or experiences. Commentary of a commercial nature is allowed provided the post reflects genuine opinion, news, commentary, or cultural observation rather than promotion, advertising or endorsement.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not allowed and will not be displayed:

• Paid promotions, sponsored posts, or advertisements for third-party products or services
• Affiliate marketing or referral promotions
• Content that is misleading, deceptive, or falsely implies endorsement
• Infringing intellectual property (copyright, trademark, or publicity rights)
• Defamatory or false statements about individuals or companies
• Obscene, hateful, violent, or otherwise offensive material
• Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

Public Display

Posts selected for general public display such as a digital billboard may appear as part of a rotating editorial program. We may modify, remove, or decline to display any content at any time for any reason, including without limitation legal, reputational, or editorial reasons.

Verification Requirements

If a post appears to originate from a business or brand and is of a commercial nature, we may request verification before displaying it publicly. The poster may be asked to provide identifying information such as name, company affiliation, EIN and/or a DUNS number or other verification details to confirm authorization to post on behalf of a business or brand.

User Responsibility

By posting content on Alpha.Haus, you represent and warrant that:

• You created the User Content or have the right to post it.
• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.
• Your User Content complies with these guidelines and the Alpha.Haus Terms of Use.

You remain solely responsible for the User Content you submit.

Enforcement

We may remove posts, restrict accounts, or take other actions if these guidelines are violated. We reserve full editorial discretion over all content appearing on the platform and any associated displays.
